We have many years experience and we’ve integrated this learning into our program.  Plus, it’s all we do!  This allows us to focus on our core process – total management of the Substitute Staffing program. It allows you to focus on your core mission of delivering quality education every day.

Q. Once our district selects ESS to manage our substitute teacher program, what is the time frame to “Go live”?


ESS uses a dedicated Project Team concept to ensure a smooth transition. Depending upon school system size, this could be accomplished in 60-90 days.

Q. Will ESS interview and hire our current substitute teachers? Where do you get substitute staff?


We want to hire your valued, most qualified team members who have worked with you previously. They know you, your teachers, principals, students and parents. Many of them have children who attend your schools. We will transition all who pass your screening requirements and are endorsed by the school leadership team. As you know, getting top talent locally is always a challenge, so we will hire all available from the community and recruit as needed from across the country to achieve appropriate staffing levels with very qualified personnel who are well trained by our operations team.

We are positioned to provide services throughout the US. We currently have offices based out of Knoxville, TN (our company HQ), Nashville, TN (regional office) and other regional offices based in Eastern, Western and Central US as shown on our Contact Page map.
